Our gas fireplaces and inserts are independently rated as
a furnace, so they can be used to warm your home during a
power outage. You can control the room temperature or heat

The fireplace industry’s ANSI (American National Standards
Institute) require that one out of every 100 fireplaces that
come out of the plant be tested. This is the industry standard.

board is tested for leaks, pressure, millivolts and safety
to ensure all the components are working to Kozy Heat standards.
